Cancellation Policy

PureSetup sells digital products, including iRacing setup files and related digital content.

Orders may be cancelled only before the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer.

Once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, the order cannot normally be cancelled, because the service has been fulfilled and the product is digital in nature.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
