Refund and Return Policy

PureSetup sells digital products, including iRacing setup files and related digital content.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer.

By completing the purchase, you agree that the digital content may be made available immediately after payment. You acknowledge that, where applicable, this may affect or waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available.

Refunds may be considered only in specific cases, such as duplicate purchases, confirmed technical delivery issues, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

No refunds are provided for:
- choosing the wrong car, track, series, or product
- personal driving preference, driving style, or lap time expectations
- user-side software, simulator, account, or compatibility issues
- products already delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available

Our setups are developed with a technical, telemetry-led approach and are designed for race pace, stability, and consistency, but individual results may vary depending on driver skill, conditions, simulator updates, and vehicle/track combinations.

PureSetup does not guarantee race results, lap times, wins, or specific performance outcomes.
