Refund and Return Policy

PureSetup sells digital products, including iRacing setup files and related digital content.

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer.

Refunds may be considered only in specific cases, such as duplicate purchases, technical delivery issues, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not offer refunds based on personal driving preference, driving style, lap time expectations, or race results.

Our setups are developed with a technical, telemetry-led approach and are designed for race pace, stability, and consistency, but individual results may vary depending on driver skill, conditions, simulator updates, and vehicle/track combinations.
